UMPIRE REQUEST FORM

The Baseball Alberta Umpire Request Form is for teams scheduling exhibition games, TBD games scheduled by Baseball Alberta or re-scheduled games due to cancellations/postponements. The following teams can utilize this form to request umpires: 13U AAA, 15U AA, 15U AAA, 18U AA, 18U AAA, BAEL and 22U. 

Teams are asked to not scheduled exhibition games on weekends during the season and TBD games scheduled by Baseball Alberta should be organized to be played on suitable weeknights whenever possible. 

The following teams will need to contact their home Association's Umpire Coordinator to request umpires: 11U Community League, 13U Community League, 15U Community League, 18U Community League, 11U A, 13U A, 15U A, 18U A, 11U AA and 13U AA.
